Our Refund Policy
1. Non-Refundable Registration Fee
All registration fees paid for participation in contests (including Baby Contest, Beauty Contest, Rising Star Contest, or Influencer Awards) are strictly non-refundable under any circumstances. This includes withdrawal, disqualification, or inability to participate after registration.
2. Contest Cancellation by Organizer
In the rare event that Contest Adda cancels a contest due to unforeseen reasons (such as technical failure, legal restrictions, or lack of minimum registrations), participants will be eligible for a full refund of their registration fees.
3. Duplicate Payments
If you have been charged multiple times due to a technical error while making the payment, please contact our support team at support@contestadda.com with proof of payment. Verified duplicate transactions will be refunded within 7–10 business days.
4. Payment Gateway Charges
Any transaction charges deducted by the payment gateway are non-refundable and will be borne by the participant.
5. Refund Timeline
Approved refunds (in case of contest cancellation or duplicate payment) will be processed within 7–10 business days to the original mode of payment.
