Welcome to Contest Adda. By registering or participating in our contests, you agree to comply with the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully before joining.

• 1. Eligibility: Participation is open to all Indian residents. Age criteria: Baby Contest up to 12 years (entry by parents/guardians), Beauty & Rising Star 16+, Best Influencer - active social media accounts. Employees and associates of Contest Adda are not eligible.
• 2. Registration: Registration is free, for some contests fee is ₹99 per entry (non-refundable). Accurate details required; fake information leads to disqualification. Multiple entries allowed if permitted.
• 3. Voting Rules: Votes collected only via Contest Adda platform. Single user vote every 30 minutes. Fraudulent activity will result in disqualification.
• 4. Selection of Winners: Based on highest valid votes. Tie-breaker: registration count & engagement. Management decision is final.
• 5. Prizes: Each contest category: 1st ₹1,00,000; 2nd ₹50,000; 3rd ₹25,000. Distributed via bank/UPI after verification. Contest Adda may modify prizes.
• 6. Refund Policy: Registration fees non-refundable regardless of withdrawal or cancellation.
• 7. Responsibilities: Participants must ensure content is original. Parents responsible for Baby Contest entries. Influencers must meet registration criteria.
• 8. Content Usage Rights: Contest Adda may use participant name, photos, videos for promotion and marketing.
• 9. Contest Modifications & Cancellations: Contest Adda reserves the right to alter rules, reschedule, or cancel contests due to technical, legal, or unforeseen circumstances.
• 10. Legal Jurisdiction: All contests subject to Indian laws. Disputes under jurisdiction of Patna, Bihar courts only.
