🏆 What Will Influencers Win?

• Grand Title: Best Influencer Award
• Cash Prize: ₹10,00,000 (Ten Lakh Rupees) for the winner

We are creating fair opportunities for both growing and established influencers.

Category A – Rising Influencers (<30K Followers)

• Maximum 30 participants allowed.
• To qualify: Must bring minimum 250 registrations (combined across Baby Contest, Beauty Contest, Rising Star Contest).
• After qualification: Voting begins.
• Ranking criteria: More vote, higher ranking and winner will be declared on the basis of maximum vote.

Category B – Senior Influencers (>30K Followers)

• Maximum 30 participants allowed.
• To qualify: Must bring minimum 500 registrations (combined across all 3 contests).
• After qualification: Voting begins.
• Ranking criteria: More vote, higher ranking and winner will be declared on the basis of maximum vote.

📌 Influencer Participation Rules

1. Eligibility

• Must be a resident of respective state or must create their state-focused content.
• Instagram account must be active and public.
• Fake followers or engagement manipulation will lead to immediate disqualification.

2. Tasks for Influencers

• Promote Contest Adda’s 3 contests (Baby Contest, Beauty Contest, Rising Star Contest).
• Create reels and post with referral link
• Content must encourage followers to:
  1. Register for contests (₹99 entry fee).
  2. Vote for the influencer in the Best Influencer Award category.
• Use official hashtags: #ContestAdda #BestInfluencer.
• Tag Contest Adda’s official account in all posts.

3. Voting & Ranking

• After the qualification round (Minimum registration criteria), public voting begins.
• Winner (Only One): An Influencer who will get maximum vote in both the categories.
• In case of tie in votes → More registrations = higher ranking.

4. Code of Conduct

• No abusive, political, or controversial content.
• Content must be positive, entertaining, or inspiring.
• No paid/fake votes or fake registrations. (Leads to ban + lifetime disqualification).

5. Participation Limits

• Each category can have maximum 30 influencers only.
• Entry on a first-come, first-served basis.

6. Benefits for All Participants

• Increased visibility among lakhs of Contest Adda audience.
• More engagement and followers through official promotion.
• Free media coverage via Contest Adda’s digital PR campaign.

7. Winner Selection

• 1 winner from both the categories will be announced.
• The overall grand winner (highest score between both categories) wins ₹10,00,000.
• Decision of Contest Adda management will be final and binding.

8. Payment Terms

• Payment released only after contest is completed successfully.
• Minimum 15,500 total registrations are achieved across contests.
• Contest Adda reserves the right to withhold/cancel payment if performance or conduct is unsatisfactory.

9. Usage Rights

• Contest Adda has the right to reuse influencer content (Reels, Stories, Posters) for marketing across platforms (with proper credit).
• Influencer name, photo, and brand can be used in Contest Adda’s promotional material (website, posters, press releases).

10. Disqualification

• An influencer may be disqualified if:
• They fail to meet minimum registration targets.
• They do not post agreed deliverables.
• They indulge in fake votes/registrations.
• They damage the reputation of Contest Adda.

11. Legal & Tax Compliance

• TDS (Tax Deducted at Source) will be applicable as per Indian law on payouts.
• Influencers must provide PAN/Aadhar and bank details for payment processing.

• Anyone can vote once every 30 minutes for each entry.
• Voting continues until the official contest end date.

• Voting begins immediately once you register.
• Voting closes on the 7th of the following month. Example: If you participate in October, voting ends on 7th November.

📊 Result Date

• Results are announced on the 12th of the next month.
• Example: Results for October Contest will be declared on 12th November.

🏆 How Are Winners Selected?

• Winners are selected on voting basis:
• 100% weightage = Votes received
• In case of tie = Judges’ scores (style, personality, cuteness, presentation – depending on contest)

💰 Prize Details

• Each contest (Baby, Beauty, Rising Star) has cash prizes worth ₹1.75 Lakh:
• 1st Prize: ₹1,00,000 + Trophy + Certificate
• 2nd Prize: ₹50,000 + Certificate
• 3rd Prize: ₹25,000 + Certificate
• 👉 Bihar’s Best Influencer Award winner gets ₹10,00,000 cash prize + digital fame.
